1. Quotations and Fare Reconfirmation

All airfares, hotel rates, and package estimates provided through initial quotations remain subject to reconfirmation until official booking confirmation is agreed upon in writing and payment has cleared according to supplier terms.

2. Visa Authority & Disclaimers

Travel Forever provides administrative file assembly, appointment booking, and documentation scrutiny. In accordance with international law, the issuance, refusal, or delay of visas remains exclusively within the sovereign authority of the respective foreign government, embassy, or consulate. Travel Forever does not guarantee visa approvals or supplier refund exemptions.

3. Travel Insurance & Health

Travelers are strongly advised to secure comprehensive travel health insurance covering medical emergencies, trip curtailment, and baggage loss. Umrah pilgrims must adhere to health directives mandated by the Saudi Ministry of Health.

4. Governing Law

Any disputes arising from services booked through Travel Forever shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore.
