When you submit a flight inquiry, Umrah package inquiry, or contact request on our website, we collect your name, phone number, email address (optional), departure city, destination, and travel preferences. We do not collect or request unencrypted passport scans, debit/credit card numbers, or bank account statements through public online forms.
2. How We Use Inquiry Details
Your contact details are used exclusively by our Lahore ticketing and Umrah counselors to check genuine airline inventory, verify hotel availability, draft personalized quotations, and respond via telephone or WhatsApp.
3. Third-Party Disclosures
We do not sell, rent, or trade client phone numbers or email addresses to commercial marketing lists. When an inquiry is finalized into a confirmed booking, necessary passenger information is transmitted strictly to verified airline Global Distribution Systems (GDS), Saudi Nusuk authorized platforms, or vetted accommodation suppliers.
