Supplier & Booking Rules

Cancellation & Refund Framework

Last updated: October 2026

Business Notice: Cancellation terms are governed by the specific airlines, hotels, and transport operators involved in each booking. Travel Forever does not fabricate unilateral supplier refund commitments.

1. Flight Tickets Cancellation & Reissue

Scheduled airline tickets are issued subject to the ticketing airline’s published tariff conditions. Non-refundable promotional fares cannot be refunded once issued. Reissuance, date change fees, and cancellation penalties are determined strictly by the carrier. Travel Forever charges a modest administrative fee for processing changes on your behalf.

2. Hotel & Accommodation Bookings

Hotel cancellation rules depend on the room rate selected. Refundable bookings cancelled prior to the supplier's stated deadline are eligible for refund minus administrative processing. Non-refundable promotional or peak-season rates (e.g. Ramadan or New Year) are entirely non-refundable.

3. Umrah Package Cancellations

Umrah package components involve third-party suppliers in Saudi Arabia including hotel BRNs, Nusuk permits, and ground transport vouchers. Once visa application fees or non-refundable hotel rooms in Makkah/Madinah are contracted, those supplier portions cannot be refunded under Saudi Ministry regulations.

4. Refund Processing Timelines

Eligible refunds are processed once the funds have been returned to Travel Forever by the airline or hotel consolidator. GDS airline ticket refunds typically take 15 to 45 banking days depending on the airline’s billing and settlement plan (BSP).
